How do I get a quote?
Use the “Help me choose” tool or the contact form, or WhatsApp us. We confirm the scope with you and send a written quote before any work starts.
Do you work outside KwaZulu-Natal?
Yes. We work on site anywhere in South Africa and remotely nationwide. Visits far from KwaDukuza get a written travel quote before we travel, and many software, website and account issues need no site visit at all.
What does a site visit cost?
A fixed R500 call-out within 30 km of KwaDukuza, covering travel and the first 30 minutes on site. Further away, R4.95 per km is added beyond 30 km, and long trips are quoted upfront. Remote support has no call-out fee.
Can you look after us after the project?
Yes. We document what we set up and stay available for fixes, updates and advice, or a regular support arrangement.
Can you work with schools and government budgets?
Yes. We provide formal quotations, job completion reports and invoices, and can agree payment schedules in writing.
